Will 1 license cover subdomains or WPMU?
Yes you can install both the 1 Site and Developer versions of IssueM on WPMU. Only the Developer license will allow multiple instances of IssueM.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & PayPal. We only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a purchase order, take a check or take any orders over the phone.

Which web browsers work with IssueM?
IssueM has been tested with the most current versions Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari & Chrome on the Windows PC platform. We’ve tested in the current versions Firefox, Safari & Chrome on the Mac OSX platform. IssueM may function just as well in older or other, less popular browsers, but we only support those listed previously.

Where can I find my license/API key?
If you’ve already purchased a license key simply log in to our site to retrieve the license number.

Are the licenses good for a lifetime?
Once purchased you may use the plugin forever. Keep in mind each license is good for one calendar year from the date of your purchase of plugin version updates and support. You can renew your license for another year at a discounted rate.

How much does it cost to renew my license?
The license renewals are 50% off the current standard price.

What do I get for renewing my license?
Renewing your license provides an additional year of support and software updates. This provides peace of mind knowing you can turn to us for IssueM related support and assistance. You’ll also continue receiving software updates to ensure WordPress compatibility as well as great new features and enhancements.

Will IssueM quit working if my license expires?
No way. If your license expires, IssueM will still work just fine. You won’t have access to product updates, new add-ons or the product support that we offer.

Can I upgrade to a developer/multi url license?
Yes. If you purchased the single url license simply email support@issuem.com with your paypal email address and we will send you a link to pay the difference for the developer version.

Oh No! My Download Link Expired!
What Can I Do? No worries. If you’ve already purchased IssueM and need to download the plugin files again, you can login to our site and grab the plugin files. If you still have problems getting the files, just drop us a line at help@issuem.com  or visit our helpdesk at help.issuem.com and we’ll be glad to help.

Do offer refunds?
Yes we offer refunds in special situations. Since we offering non tangible items we generally do not issue refunds after purchase. We will happily consider a refund within 30 days of purchase if you are unable to get the plugin to install properly and you have worked with our support team to try and resolve the issues. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase. Please note that by purchasing the plugin, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.
